Professional Services Architect EMEA

We are seeking a customer-centric, intellectually curious, and energetic Professional Services Architect to join our team.

As an expert in integration solutions, you'll drive the architecture and delivery of enterprise-grade systems that address complex integration challenges.

The Professional Services Architect will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure the delivery of highly scalable, repeatable integration solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, test, and deploy scalable cloud and on-premise integration solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, conduct fit/gap analyses, manage client expectations, and deliver product demos/training.
• Deliver product training to customers both in-person and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues, performing root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure timeline, scope, and risk mitigation alignment.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and training materials.
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies, platform releases, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years working with Java-based applications.
• 2+ years in an architecture or technical consulting role focused on integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Technical Skills:

• APIs & Protocols: Strong hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, XML, JMS, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• Cloud & Tools: Expertise in AWS (RDS, SQS, SNS) or GCP; experience with integration platforms (SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Talend, TIBCO Informatica, etc.)
• Languages: Functional knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, or Java.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP), asynchronous architecture, and SaaS environments.
