Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager, Field Engineering - Agencies to lead a team of Solution Architects in our Agency segment. As a key member of our Field Engineering team, you will be responsible for driving the technical success of our customers in the Agencies vertical. This includes hiring, training, and growing a team of Solutions Architects, making customers successful with Databricks, and establishing relationships across the business to ensure customer and team success.
The Agencies vertical sits at the intersection of data, AI, and advertising. You will lead a team that works with some of the most data-intensive companies in the world, holding companies managing billions in media spend and influencing the broader buy and sell side ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, and growing a team of Solutions Architects
- Making customers successful with Databricks
- Establishing relationships across the business to ensure customer and team success
- Partnering with sales leadership to hit sales and consumption targets
- Keeping your team of SAs ahead of the technical curve
