As the Accounting Manager of Corporate Accounting, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and treasury functions, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations. You will play a key role in optimising processes, maintaining compliance, and providing strategic support to enhance our financial efficiency.
You are a seasoned accounting professional with a solid background in accounts payable and treasury management. With 7+ years of experience in corporate accounting, you have honed your skills in managing financial operations and identifying process improvements. Your strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills enable you to thrive in a dynamic environment. You are an effective communicator who drives financial efficiency and supports strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Procure to Pay Management: Oversee the procure to pay function, ensuring timely and accurate accruals, processing of invoices and payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Treasury Operations: Manage treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment strategies to optimise company liquidity.
- Process Improvement: Implement opportunities to streamline procure to pay and treasury and cash management processes for enhanced efficiency and compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting related to procure to pay and treasury operations, supporting overall financial transparency.
- Compliance and Controls: Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Experience in implementing automation tools for procure to pay and treasury functions.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Workday or similar ERP systems.
