Description

This is a pivotal opportunity to join McLaren at a critical stage of growth, where Talent Acquisition plays a central role in enabling business performance. You will partner with some of the most innovative minds in the automotive and technology sectors.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, managing a varied and often changing portfolio of roles. You will partner closely with stakeholders to navigate hiring needs that may evolve quickly, requiring you to continuously reassess priorities and adapt your approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against hiring demand in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where timelines are compressed and expectations are high.
  • Manage multiple, often competing priorities, adapting quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Provide clear, concise updates and insights to stakeholders, even where requirements or direction may be fluid.
  • Partner effectively with hiring managers and the wider TA team to align on priorities, solve challenges, and drive results.
  • Create with courage: Develop and adapt sourcing strategies in real time, responding to market conditions and shifting role requirements.
  • Direct sourcing excellence: Use proactive headhunting, market mapping, and networking to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
  • Introduce organisation, process, and focus in situations where there may be ambiguity or evolving requirements.
  • Data-driven delivery: Use insight and metrics to guide decisions, prioritise effectively, and continuously improve outcomes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience delivering recruitment outcomes within fast-paced, scaling, or constantly evolving organisations.
  • End-to-end recruitment delivery: Strong capability across the full hiring lifecycle, from role scoping through to offer and onboarding, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Direct sourcing & headhunting: Highly skilled in proactive talent identification, including market mapping, competitor analysis, and engaging passive candidates for niche or business-critical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance complex hiring demands, aligning effort to business priorities and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Competent in leveraging recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and performance data to guide strategy, optimise sourcing approaches, and track delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and align on hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We'll Do for You:

  • We offer a wide-ranging benefits package, which includes:
  • Structured career development framework
  • 25 days' holiday, plus bank holiday. Annual buy & sell up to five days
  • Enhanced company pension scheme
