Job Title: Corporate Access
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Corporate Access representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our corporate access strategy, building relationships with investors and brokers, and advocating on our behalf.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Corporate access planning and logistics
- Broker relations
- Corporate relations
- Analytics and budgeting
- Develop and execute on branding strategy for Passaic Capital to brokers and corporates
A successful hire would be able to:
- Represent our brand with important external relationships
- Meet with an investor relations person and sell them on bringing management to our offices (or even a regular post-EPS update call)
- Effectively advocate on our behalf with brokers
- Credibly work with our PMs and analysts
- Help us design and implement an approach to planning and prioritizing corporate access
- Explain our approach to valuing and paying for corporate access to brokers, and effectively negotiate (at least some) broker agreements
Qualifications:
- Buyside corporate access experience preferred. Sell side or buy side a must
- Good academic credentials
- 4+ years post college but open to much longer too
- NY based or willing to move to NYC or work from the NYC office
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Experience with branding and marketing, a plus
- Maturity and presence
- Ability to work with external parties and able to negotiate for our interests/needs
- Social and relationship oriented
Estimated Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
