Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing comprehensive communication plans aligned with the company's strategic goals Managing internal communications channels, including employee newsletters, intranet, and town hall meetings Building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets to secure positive press coverage Developing and distributing press releases, media advisories, and other media materials Monitoring media coverage and analysing public sentiment Managing crisis communication and developing response plans for potential issues Overseeing the production of corporate publications, including annual reports and corporate brochures Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated communication campaigns Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of communication initiatives and providing recommendations for improvement Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications
Requirements include:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in corporate communication or public relations Regional experience of working with teams across different geographies Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong crisis communication skills Proficiency in digital and social media platforms Experience with media relations and crisis management
