Join our motivated, high-performance team in Florence, Italy. As an Account Manager, you will be the main contact person for our hosts in central Italy who want to list their vacation rentals via our platform and advise them on how to use our product.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating the going live of our vacation rentals, helping hosts with all post-booking related questions, and ensuring a continuously high level of customer-oriented service. You will interact with our product and content team to guarantee a smooth onboarding process and build strong relationships by conducting regular business meetings with our key-customers.
To succeed in this role, you will need to improve the performance of your accounts by analysing existing data and developing a solution-oriented strategy. You will also organise lead generating and networking events to build a community of hosts.
We are looking for someone with relevant job experience in account management, tourism or other customer-oriented roles. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to remain friendly and calm in all situations. A customer-centric, problem-solving attitude is essential, as well as excitement about new technologies and the travel industry.
As a near-native Italian speaker and fluent English speaker, you will be able to communicate effectively with our hosts and colleagues. A driver's license is also required.
