Description
We are seeking a Sector Manager CHR (Reacher) to join our team in Strasbourg.
The 'off-premise' channel is a strategic circuit for our brand, offering a great opportunity to showcase our products and reach consumers in their daily lives. As a Sector Manager, you will animate and develop a portfolio of clients in your sector, ensuring the good application of Red Bull France's quality standards.
Your role will involve:
- Managing and developing clients in a defined sector
- Identifying, seizing, and updating client and prospect information in our database
- Activating clients based on priority indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring the exclusive presence of our products and correct execution of our resale method
- Negotiating strategic placement for our coolers in points of sale
- Recommending the adequate number of coolers in establishments based on product rotation analysis
You will also be responsible for:
- Securing high-potential establishments and developing the client portfolio
- Reinforcing and maintaining long-term professional relationships with established clients
- Creating new alliances with key influencers and sector experts
- Negotiating and perpetuating commercial agreements (20/80)
- Developing product availability in your sector through effective prospecting
As a true negotiator, you will guarantee the best strategic location for our coolers in points of sale and recommend their adequate number in establishments.
Requirements:
- Commercial training (Bac+2 to Bac+4/5)
- B permit mandatory
- English appreciated
