ICUE Test Engineer

We are seeking an ICUE Test Engineer to join our team in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam. As a test engineer, you will be responsible for testing and validating software and firmware across various products.

Responsibilities:

• Complete QA testing for software and firmware
• Compile reports on findings and testing data gathered
• Record testing data, analyze results, and file all issues and concerns in bug tracking software
• Develop product test plans
• Provide recommendations and advice to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of PCs and their various components
• Ability to troubleshoot across multiple platforms
• Experience with test plan creation
• Troubleshooting experience with Windows, Mac, and Phone devices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of severity levels, QA processes, and debugging
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with web testing and Qase, Jira
