Description
The Cleaning Team Leader is responsible for supervising and leading the cleaning team on a high-profile corporate site within an office environment. This role focuses on team supervision, quality standards, client experience, Health & Safety, and ensuring cleaning tasks are completed to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities include managing and supervising all members of the daytime cleaning team, supervising and leading the cleaning team to ensure daily tasks are completed on time and to the required standard, allocating work across the team and adjusting cover to meet service needs, maintaining high standards of presentation and service delivery appropriate for a corporate office environment, monitoring and controlling periodic task schedules to ensure completion and quality standards are met, and completing quality checks on periodic and specialist works once completed and addressing any issues promptly.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading and supervising a cleaning team in an office or corporate environment, excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality standards, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workload, plan effectively, and build positive working relationships.
