Program Manager

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team at Multimatic. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured in accordance with all technical, customer, and manufacturing specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring designs, inspection devices, and other materials are up to date and compliant with customer requirements
• Providing regular updates on program status and informing the Manager of program-critical issues
• Providing technical support for product launches
• Researching, analyzing, and presenting cost-saving proposals
• Conducting engineering and manufacturing feasibility studies
• Establishing program timelines and ensuring schedules are met
• Analyzing and assisting in the development of manufacturing tools and processes to improve costs and increase inventory turnover
• Tracking and analyzing program costs and ensuring they remain within budget
• Preparing budgets for new projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry
