Workplace Operations - New York

ElevenLabs is looking for a Workplace Operations lead to anchor its New York office. As the go-to person for the rapidly growing US team, you will own the day-to-day workplace experience, ensuring operations run smoothly and elevating employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for the office, welcoming guests and leading onboarding
• Run daily operations and manage vendors
• Optimize space and landlord relations
• Support events and VIP visitors
• Own onboarding and internal communications

Requirements:

• Based in New York, able to be in the office 5 days a week
• Strong operational expertise in managing high-visibility offices
• Experience acting as primary point of contact for building management and vendors
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Proactive and forward-thinking approach with a proven ability to anticipate needs and implement new processes
• Experience in fostering a positive and productive office environment
