On Site Environment, Health & Safety Manager

We are seeking an Environment, Health & Safety Manager to support our North America factory team in Millville, NJ.

As an EHS Manager, you will be responsible for driving a safe, compliant, and forward-thinking manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Investigating incidents, near misses, and environmental events
• Conducting audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting
• Managing hazardous waste, permits, and environmental monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with ISO, OSHA, and environmental standards
• Building and embedding a strong Culture of Care
• Collaborating with site leadership, global EHS team, and partner Innovation Foods
• Identifying risks and implementing practical solutions
• Coaching leaders and teams on safe behaviors and accountability
• Leading emergency response readiness and fire safety programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Environmental Science or similar
• 5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, preferably in food/beverage
• Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene, audits, and compliance frameworks
• Confidence working with regulators (OSHA, EPA, etc.)
• Ability to influence and build sound relationships
• Proven compliance expertise and ability to build a strong safety culture

The salary for this role will be based on various factors, with a good faith estimate for base salary being $90,000.
