HRBP - Learning & Development Specialist

We are seeking an HRBP - Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Paris.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to the managed population, supporting them proactively on all HR-related topics. You will be responsible for talent development at a national level, creating and implementing training and development plans for employees across Red Bull France.

Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering: Manage daily relationships with managers and employees, analyze HR key performance indicators, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Performance Management: Oversee annual performance reviews, advise managers on performance issues, and handle disciplinary matters.
• Talent Development: Contribute to people reviews and succession planning, create development plans with managers, and identify training needs.
• National Talent Development: Develop and implement national training strategies, manage budgets, and select external providers.
• Compensation and Benefits: Ensure compliance with Red Bull's Comp&Ben policy, advise managers on remuneration and benefits.
• Recruitment: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on internal mobility, define recruitment needs, and ensure high-quality onboarding.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in HR or related field.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Learning & Development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptability, growth mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of French labour law.
• Fluent in French and advanced English.

What We Offer:

• Annual salary: 60,000 - 70,000 euros on 13 months.
• Variable bonus.
