Premier Executive

We are seeking a Premier Executive to join our team in HSBC México. As a Premier Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Mass Affluent Advance and Premier clients, addressing their daily financial needs, and offering personalised advice to meet their short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial goals.

You will also focus on retaining and growing your client portfolio by collaborating with business units to promote our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch service to assigned clients
• Offer tailored advice to meet clients' financial needs
• Retain and grow client portfolio
• Collaborate with business units to promote products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the financial sector
• At least 2 years of experience with Premier products and services
• AMIB Figure 1 certification
• Knowledge of markets and external regulations
• Familiarity with financial mathematics
• Proficiency in operational systems and branch procedures
• Intermediate English language skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong sales orientation and passion for selling
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to change
