Senior Customer Development Representative, Shanghai West Nanjing Road Sub-branch

HSBC International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Development Representative to join our team in Shanghai. You will be responsible for implementing Premier Acquisition strategies, acquiring new-to-bank customers, and delivering high-quality customer service to our highest-value personal clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing Premier Acquisition strategies
• Acquiring new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads
• Completing simple retail sales to deliver high-quality service to our highest-value personal clients
• Developing strong working relationships with relevant business areas
• Delivering high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience
• Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM products, mortgages, etc.
• Knowledge of changing laws and regulations governing banks and finance, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets
• Strong presentation and sales skills, objection handling techniques, and ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer service orientation
• Attain relevant professional and regulatory qualifications as required by the market and internal standards as required by HBCN
