Premier Executive

We are seeking a Premier Executive to join our team in HSBC Mexico. As a Premier Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Mass Affluent Advance and Premier clients, addressing their daily financial needs, and offering personalized advice to meet their short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial goals.

You will be expected to retain and grow your client portfolio by collaborating with business units to offer a range of products and services. Your main objectives will be:

• Provide top-notch service to assigned clients
• Offer tailored advice to meet clients' financial needs
• Retain and expand your client portfolio
• Collaborate with business units to promote products and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, Finance, or related field (completed or in progress)
• At least 4 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in the financial sector
• At least 2 years of experience with Premier products and services
• AMIB certification
• Knowledge of markets, external regulations, and financial mathematics
• Familiarity with operational systems and branch procedures
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong sales orientation, customer focus, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to change
