A fantastic opportunity to join our customer service team in the waste and recycling industry.
As a Waste Management Executive, you will be working as part of our dedicated Customer Service team, providing a point of contact for customers to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all customer queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including our waste management solutions.
- Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
Benefits:

- 6 Months Fixed Term Contract.
