Description
The Full-Time Merchandiser plays a crucial role in ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and large format accounts.
This labour-intensive role involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising product.
Key responsibilities include merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
The role also involves rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit, and pulling and reporting any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
Additionally, the Full-Time Merchandiser ensures all cold equipment, racks, and other point-of-sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
Maintenance of clean, organised backstock areas is also a key aspect of the role, involving the consolidation of inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
In-store execution support may include building, maintaining, and optimising displays to maximise visibility and sales.
Effective communication is essential, with regular collaboration with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimise display execution, and support inventory needs.
Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers is also vital to support strong in-store execution.
