We are seeking a Software Engineer III (iOS) to help build engaging iOS applications for our social sports media app. This is a hands-on role for a developer who thrives on delivering features that integrate deeply with backend services. You will help ensure our apps are connected, performant, and provide seamless social experiences for millions of players and fans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain iOS applications using Swift.
- Implement and optimize robust API integrations (REST and GraphQL) with backend systems.
- Collaborate with design, backend, and product partners to deliver end-to-end features.
- Ensure code is clean, testable, and performant, following best practices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Stay up to date with Apple frameworks and evolving SDKs.

What You Bring:
- 3-5+ years of professional iOS development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, with knowledge of modern iOS frameworks (SwiftUI, Combine, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining API integrations (REST, GraphQL, or gRPC).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring tools.
- Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and profiling tools.
- Solid understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, etc.).

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) $122,300 - $170,700 CAD
- Ontario $122,300 - $159,600 CAD
