Description
CoreWeave is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to build and scale its global supplier ecosystem for data center infrastructure equipment and integration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies for assigned OFCI equipment and professional services, leading RFPs and negotiations, and managing supplier performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing category strategies for OFCI equipment and professional services
- Translating capital plans and sales forecasts into rolling 12-month sourcing and budget plans
- Leading RFPs, negotiations, and contract awards to secure commercial value and risk mitigation
- Managing supplier performance and developing contingency plans to mitigate supply and capacity risk
- Maintaining sourcing documentation and continuously improving sourcing processes
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with direct experience sourcing critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure or related services.
CoreWeave offers a competitive salary range of $122,000 to $179,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and flexible PTO.
