Quality Audit Technician - Product and Process

The Adler Pelzer Group, a renowned global supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation for the automotive industry, is seeking a Quality Audit Technician - Product and Process for its Montelabbate site near Pesaro.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Quality Manager and play a key role in ensuring product conformity, supporting quality management activities, and acting as the primary interface with assigned production departments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting and recording sample checks at various stages of the process in accordance with the Control Plan, focusing on:
• Aesthetic characteristic evaluation
• Dimensional verification
• Control gauge verification
• Functional testing
• Machine parameter setting verification
• Adherence to work cycle verification
• First-piece approval
• Compiling and updating control cycles
• Managing non-conforming products by:
• Updating and managing control samples displayed at workstations and control areas
• Notifying the supervisor of production or shipment suspensions
• Periodically performing Process and Product Audits
• Managing deliberation checklists and data recording
• Promptly informing the Quality Engineer or Quality Manager of non-conforming products or processes
• Ensuring dissemination of necessary information to guarantee compliance with product quality requirements

Requirements:

• Technical-scientific diploma (preferable)
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a production or automotive environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• English language proficiency (minimum B1/B2 level)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
