Propulsion Performance Engineer

We are looking for a Propulsion Engineer, Performance to enhance our Propulsion team. This role is critical in developing and optimising advanced propulsion systems to meet our aggressive and innovative goals. You will be responsible for simulation and development of air breathing propulsion systems along with supporting flight testing as needed.

• Own detailed design of individual engine components from conceptual phase into production.
• Drive prototype testing and design of experiments to optimise designs prior to release.
• Design with a heavy focus for manufacturing and assembly at production rates.
• Own architectural layouts and design trade studies for future products.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities, including process improvement, efficiency improvement and development of data analysis techniques.
