We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the AM -Corporate Employee Banking, MSF WPB team. One of the key responsibilities of this role is to source new Employee Banking Solution accounts from the existing/new corporate base and deliver on meeting New to Bank Salary account targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Source new Employee Banking Solution accounts from the existing/new corporate base and deliver on meeting New to Bank Salary account targets.
- Engage with existing EBS customers and help them identify their wealth needs (e.g., digital wealth management account onboarding & new investment).
- Cross-sell asset products of the bank, namely, Home Loans (via referral), Personal Loans & Cards.
- Cross-sell Insurance products (Successful referral through simplified insurance journey).
- Engage with existing credit card customers and work towards spend activation of the same.
- Engage with existing EBS customers to increase penetration across various digital platforms (e.g., Mobile X & PIB).
- Generate open market business (Credit Cards, Personal Loans etc) through marketing events / promotions & lead based calling.
- Maintain call reports, MIS & other tracking tools (e.g., LMS, RMS SFE etc) as required.
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner and to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all sourcing meets quality benchmarks as per the performance thresholds shared (salary thresholds, input defects, sourcing caps etc).
- Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
- Ensure the KYC/AML norms of the bank are complied with at all times.
Role requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Masters)/ MBA with more than three years' work experience in the same area.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with HSBC Values.
- Responsible for new business acquisition through open market to achieve sales target.
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Candidates with strong network of Corporate relationship in the market from where Accounts, PIL & Cards business can be penetrated shall be of high preference.
Eligibility criteria:
- India Bank / INM employees will be eligible to apply to this role after completion of 12 months in the current role/position at the time of application on level transfer and/or promotion.
- Entity Employees (not from India Bank) to be guided by their internal policy on tenure completion in current role at the time of application before applying and share line manager approval once shortlisted
- INM Employees in scope of WPB Career Progression Framework not eligible to apply to roles within the purview of the Framework.
