Vancouver, Canada

EA SPORTS is one of the most iconic brands in entertainment – connecting hundreds of millions around the world to the sports they love through a portfolio of industry-leading video games. With more opportunity than ever to create new, authentic experiences that bring joy, inclusivity, and immersion to a global community of fans, we invite you to join us and pioneer the future of football with EA SPORTS!

Role:

We at EA Sports have reached the next level of cohesion and craft by evolving into a modern Experience Design practice that brings UX and UI together, understanding that neither exists in isolation. The team is passionate and committed to developing immersive, high-quality player experiences within FC.

You will use your creativity, passion, and expertise in product design, interaction design, branding, and modern UI/UX practices to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for highly engaged Football Club fans. You will help translate the core FC experience into an elegant and seamless mobile product experience that connects meaningfully with the broader FC ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Create visual and interactive design solutions using the FC Design System, with ownership over defined features or areas.

Drive the design of end-to-end player flows, interaction patterns, and mobile-first UI experiences, ensuring clarity, usability, and cohesion across key player journeys, including navigation, content discovery, and feature interactions.

Collaborate with Design System owners and team members to ensure consistency and quality across designs.

Work in close partnership with Experience Designers, Game Designers, Producers, Researchers, Art Directors, and Engineers to shape and deliver features from early concept through to final implementation, aligning with product goals and development timelines.

Contribute to usability-focused design thinking by considering player needs, behaviour patterns, and product goals in design solutions.

Present design work to peers and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into iterations.

Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to improving design outcomes.

Share work, documentation, and learnings to support team collaboration.

At EA, we believe our future is to build joyful experiences and push the boundaries of our games and we want your help and expertise in doing so. If this resonates with you and you have something to contribute, please contact us, even if you don't meet all of the criteria above.
