What you'll do
As a Customer Service Support Intern at Polestar, you will be responsible for providing support to customers across various aspects of our business. This includes preparing and organizing warranty-related data, analyzing extended warranty claim data, and analyzing top 20 parts by repair/model and requesting stock orders. You will also be involved in service replacement car operations, loaner car damage and repair management, and workshop and CEC & RSA communication. Additionally, you will assist with technical training hub and TRIP administration, current technician account status checks, and certificates & completion rate status checks. You will also provide machine translation and proofreading services in Korean. Furthermore, you will support CEC QA, pending OB sales management, and operation support.
Who you are
We are looking for an individual with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Electrical/Computer engineering or Business Administration. You should have a professional level of Korean and mid-level or higher English proficiency. A strong passion for the automotive industry is required, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications. You should also be able to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
