Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Buckeye, AZ location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• servicE patients in an outpatient setting, providing one-on-one physical therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Analyse patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
