Physical Therapist - Launch 2.0

We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy's Launch 2.0 location in Bartonville, Texas.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients to promote optimal recovery and function
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and ages
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and rehabilitation techniques
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
