Head of Global Business Segment Railway

You will lead the Global Business Segment Railway, developing and implementing commercial strategies for passenger, cargo, and infrastructure applications. This involves coordinating a global matrix team of Business Development Managers across FUCHS subsidiaries worldwide.

Key responsibilities include defining segment-specific value propositions, planning and prioritizing product and service roadmaps, gathering market intelligence, and proposing global price positioning. You will also develop and take responsibility for key account customers, conduct on-site customer visits, and strengthen collaboration with local affiliates.

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field. A strong commercial mindset with proven experience in sales or business development is essential, as is knowledge of tribology & lubricants. Experience working with OEMs and solid technical understanding are also highly desirable.
