Internship On Snow Events

We are looking for an intern to join our dynamic team at Van Deer Red Bull Sports, where you will support our marketing team in planning, organising, and executing on-snow events.

As an intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the planning, execution, and optimisation of our direct-to-consumer on-snow experiences
• Assisting with the planning and execution of B2B on-snow events
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, agencies, and trade partners
• Contributing to structured season planning and event coordination
• Coordinating and managing our test fleet and associated tools
• Organising and maintaining our test storage facility
• Administering and reporting on event activities

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills and high level of self-motivation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a hands-on mentality
• High flexibility and willingness to travel during the winter season
• Passion for winter sports, particularly skiing
• Valid driver's license (class B)
• Prior experience in event management, marketing, or the sports and outdoor industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal)

Salary: The collective bargaining agreement minimum salary for this position is €2,221.00 gross per month.
