Internship in Purchasing, Quality & Customs

We offer an exciting internship opportunity in our Purchasing, Quality & Customs team at Porsche Lifestyle.

As an intern, you will actively support our purchasing team in general procurement and services, as well as assist with tasks related to customs and quality management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the purchasing team in daily tasks
• Assisting with indirect purchasing in general procurement and services
• Helping with customs and quality management tasks
• Collaborating with purchasers and departments to complete tasks
• Preparing inquiries, creating offer comparisons, and conducting cost analyses
• Participating in offer presentations and negotiations
• Preparing bid documents for presentation to decision-making bodies
• Coordinating supplier meetings
• Assisting with administrative tasks for external service providers

To be successful in this role, you should be studying Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.

Requirements:

• First practical experience in purchasing is beneficial
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently, structured, and carefully
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP is desirable
• Good English language skills are desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

The internship will start in September 2026 and last for 6 months.
