Join ZoomInfo as a Manager, Sales Development, leading a team of diverse, mission-driven sales professionals. You will build and train members of the Strategic Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities. You will help shape the future of AI-native selling, learn about emerging GTM workflows, and leverage AI, data, and automation to drive pipeline generation at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Build and train members of the Strategic Sales Development team
- Help shape the future of AI-native selling
- Learn about emerging GTM workflows, agents, automation, and modern prospecting strategies
- Define performance metrics for SDRs
- Coach SDRs through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting
- Partner with marketing and Account Management teams to develop campaigns
- Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas
- Manage SDR reports and dashboards
- Iterate on the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Sales Development Representatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years management experience in Enterprise sales or sales development
- Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast-growing company
- Deep understanding of the outbound SDR motion
- Drive to continue innovation and evolution of the SDR role
- Experience selling a GTM solution is a plus
- Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
- Experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts
- Excellent active listening skills
- Passion for customers and building authentic relationships
- General understanding of Zoominfo offerings
- Broad knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce
- Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo
