Join ZoomInfo as a Manager, Sales Development, leading a team of diverse, mission-driven sales professionals. You will build and train members of the Strategic Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities. You will help shape the future of AI-native selling, learn about emerging GTM workflows, and leverage AI, data, and automation to drive pipeline generation at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and train members of the Strategic Sales Development team
  • Help shape the future of AI-native selling
  • Learn about emerging GTM workflows, agents, automation, and modern prospecting strategies
  • Define performance metrics for SDRs
  • Coach SDRs through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting
  • Partner with marketing and Account Management teams to develop campaigns
  • Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas
  • Manage SDR reports and dashboards
  • Iterate on the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Sales Development Representatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years management experience in Enterprise sales or sales development
  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast-growing company
  • Deep understanding of the outbound SDR motion
  • Drive to continue innovation and evolution of the SDR role
  • Experience selling a GTM solution is a plus
  • Ability to attract, retain, and motivate exceptional team members
  • Experience prospecting into Enterprise accounts
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Passion for customers and building authentic relationships
  • General understanding of Zoominfo offerings
  • Broad knowledge of the sales technology ecosystem, including Salesforce
  • Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo
