Production Technical Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a Production Technical Senior Project Engineer to join our team at American Honda Motor Company. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for executing new model and business plan project activities across design, manufacturing, quality, and production to achieve new model quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of equipment new model and business plan projects to achieve project schedules and action plans.
• Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive project success.
• Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and concerns.
• Negotiate and influence outcomes with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and Japanese counterparts.
• Monitor plant activities to proactively identify issues and develop countermeasures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in design, manufacturing, and/or maturation methods for equipment manufacturing.
• MS Office, communication, public speaking/presentation skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• TQM-style analysis and problem-solving skills.
