We are looking for a motivated Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Mannheim P5. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations. You will transform customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors by providing excellent customer service and embodying our style.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations

• Providing excellent customer service and embodying our style

Your qualifications should include:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand
• Ideally, make-up artist experience
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
• German language proficiency level B2
