Paralegal - Commercial & Corporate

We're seeking a talented paralegal to support our in-house legal department. You'll provide critical support across contracts, corporate governance, compliance, intellectual property, and legal operations.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Manage compliance for commercial and corporate agreements.
• Support corporate governance, entity management, and regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement processes to streamline legal operations and integrate technology tools.
• Be a team player and assist with any task in the legal department.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong sense of ownership, inquisitive, and enthusiastic about technology.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Team-first player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding or keen interest in emerging technologies like AI.
• Notary registration or a strong interest in obtaining certification is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $100,000 - $150,000 USD
