Full-Time Merchandiser

As a Full-Time Merchandiser, you will support strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

SALES SUPPORT

• Merchandising products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults, and coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotating products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pulling and reporting any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensuring all cold equipment, racks, and other point of sale materials are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintaining clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Supporting in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

COMMUNICATION

• Collaborating with Account Sales Managers or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Building and maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• A valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience in merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English language skills; additional languages an advantage
