In this role, you will be part of the reimagining of The Sims that players know and love. The Sims is one of the top-selling PC game franchises of all time and The Sims 4 is by far our most successful Sims game. We have more than 70 million registered players of the base game. To date, The Sims 4 has shipped over 60 content packs and countless base game feature and quality of life updates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration of storefront content based on merchandising calendar
• Coordinate with our Quality Verification team to ensure quality releases
• Respond to live issues and collaborate with partner teams to escalate and troubleshoot
• Develop a detailed understanding of internal tools to guide continued improvements and validate the technical feasibility of plans
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand the strategy and translate them into technical requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working on live service, or social networks.
• PC/Console-based knowledge of a live operations content release pipeline and its dependencies, with the ability to identify potential conflicts or risks.
• Familiarity with proprietary or internal, or external live operations tools.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting issues during different stages of the content pipeline.
• Cross-team coordination with a variety of disciplines.
• Guided production level quality of a live service feature or project.
