Composite Cutter

We are seeking a Composite Cutter to join the Audi Revolut F1 Team at our facility in Hinwil, Switzerland.

As a Composite Cutter, you will be responsible for loading advanced cutting programs to manufacture critical aerodynamic and chassis components.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading cutting programs according to production orders and CAD data
• Optimizing material usage through nesting techniques and layout verification
• Operating and monitoring automated cutting machines
• Sorting, labeling, and packaging finished cut pieces
• Managing raw material lifecycles and stock levels
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing sensitive raw materials and finished pieces
• Preparing internal and external material orders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A completed apprenticeship in a technical or manufacturing profession
• Physical fitness and willingness to work shift patterns
• Experience operating digital cutting systems (Zünd or Gerber) and working with composite materials
• Basic IT proficiency with Word and Excel
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and stress tolerance
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of German being a major advantage
