CNC Machine Setter

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Setter to join our small team. As a CNC Machine Setter, you will be responsible for setting up and running 5-axis CNC machines utilising Powermill software. Your primary focus will be machining patterns, moulds, and component trimming for carbon fibre components. The ideal candidate will have experience in working to a high level of accuracy and tight deadlines with minimal supervision. A recognised apprenticeship and BTEC qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

• Setting up and running 5-axis CNC machines
• Machining patterns, moulds, and component trimming for carbon fibre components
• Utilising Powermill software to generate set-up sheets
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborating with the CNC Manager and team members to achieve production goals
