As a Business Recruiter at Cursor, you'll build and scale teams that power business functions across the company. You'll partner with leaders to identify, attract, and hire world-class talent.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand organisational needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for business roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design structured interview processes.
- Provide market insights and data to inform hiring decisions.
- Partner with People Operations to support offer design and onboarding.
- Manage recruiting systems and processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on business functions in high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record of hiring across functions such as Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and talent databases.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruiting.
- Strong closing skills and ability to navigate complex offer negotiations.
