Description
Richmond Motor Speedway is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its street team as event staff. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for interacting with the public, educating them on the history and information of Richmond Motor Speedway, and promoting ticket opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enthusiastically interacting with and educating the public on Richmond Motor Speedway history, information, and ticket opportunities
- Loading and unloading the Pace Car to events and community engagements
- Ensuring display presentation is neat, organized, and pleasing to the eye
- Collecting prospects for future email campaigns
- Attending in-market and regional events to maximize sales opportunities
Performance measures include level of enthusiasm and professionalism displayed during interaction with customers, presentation of display and materials, and compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications include post-high school education or equivalent experience, exceptional work ethic, strong desire to succeed, and professionalism.
Work requirements may include out-of-town and overnight travel.
This is a part-time position requiring evening and weekend hours as needed.
