Description
This role within the Castrol organisation involves leading, coaching and motivating the market commercial operation team to deliver all support processes and handle relationships with internal and external customer service providers.
Key responsibilities include participating as a Country Leadership Member, effectively leading a team of diverse capabilities to support business objectives, delegating work and ensuring the right people and resources are available to deliver work on customer-related projects.
The successful candidate will also monitor and control total Castrol Vietnam commercial budgets, handle the effective integration of cross-functional activities and develop and drive Commercial operation transformation and continuous improvement agendas.
A Bachelor's degree and minimum 15 years' experience in commercial activities or relevant fields with at least 5 years in a functional leadership role are required. Strong digital savvy and a proven track record of performance delivery and process/continuous improvement through influencing and mentoring others are also essential.
The role requires mastery of team leadership/management, internal functional navigation in support of business, RTM and Channel management, and applying digital and technology tools to drive business growth.
