Team Leader Progettazione Impianti Elettrici e Speciali

The Team Leader Progettazione Impianti Elettrici e Speciali will coordinate the Team of Progettazione Impianti Elettrici e Speciali, ensuring the correct advancement of project activities and contributing actively to the design of electrical systems for motor test benches and vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the Team of Progettazione Impianti Elettrici e Speciali
• Plan and supervise project activities, ensuring timely completion and achievement of objectives
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation
• Ensure correct application of internal processes and company standards
• Design electrical systems and special systems for motor test benches and vehicles
• Prepare technical documentation, including technical reports, special tender specifications, and estimated quantity calculations
• Create single-phase electrical diagrams
• Develop plant layouts and electrical installation plans
• Perform calculations and sizing of electrical installations
• Conduct lighting calculations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical design
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Technician
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Good command of Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of main regulations and directives (BT, EMC, Machinery Directive, ATEX)
• Availability for short trips within Italy and occasionally abroad
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to work in a team
• Dynamism and problem-solving orientation
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher)

• Knowledge and use of Progetto Integra software
• Knowledge and use of DiaLux software
• Knowledge and use of Eplan P8 software
• Knowledge and use of TNE software
• Familiarity with performance level calculation tools
• Knowledge of PLC-based systems
• Membership in the Professional Order

Salary: 30k - 33k RAL
