Site Supervisor

To efficiently manage and support the continual running of the technical services & fabric maintenance contract on a day-to-day basis at Derbion in Derby on behalf of ABM Technical Solutions.

The Site Supervisor will directly manage a team of engineers to help drive performance and ensure service level agreements are achieved whilst providing an excellent service to our customer.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directly managing a team of engineers to drive performance and achieve service level agreements
• Providing an excellent service to customers
• Compiling monthly reports to demonstrate ABM compliance, reactive and ongoing project works
• Raising quotations and submitting to customers
• Maintaining good IT skills, including intermediate level Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, including client-facing and team talks/toolbox talks

Required skills and experience include:

• Previous supervisory experience in managing engineers and specialists
• Experience with using CAFM systems, ordering parts, and understanding of KPIs
• City & Guilds Technical qualifications – Electrical (preferred)
• L8 (legionella awareness), IPAF (working at height)

Desirable skills and experience include:

• IOSH/NEBOSH qualification
• Authorised Person – Electrical / Mechanical / Confined Spaces / Working @ Height / LOTO
• Electrical and Multi Skilled desirable
