Billing Operations Manager

ElevenLabs is seeking a Billing Operations Manager to oversee the full billing lifecycle of its enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing, resolving discrepancies, and building processes to make billing efficient.

The role involves:

• Translating closed-won deals into correctly configured subscriptions in billing platforms like Stripe
• Managing subscription and account changes, including mid-cycle changes and renewals
• Resolving invoice discrepancies and performing periodic audits of active subscriptions
• Identifying and remediating issues such as ghost subscriptions and duplicate customers

The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by complex billing management.
