Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading multiple technical and general services in prototyping, proof of concept, deployment, logistics, procurement, safety, and facility. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding leadership, decision-making, customer service, and delivery of business requests from internal and external Honda.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading technical operations project teams and ensuring efficient and high-quality work
- Managing machining centers, rapid prototyping labs, and metrology clean rooms
- Coordinating with suppliers, US and international customs agencies, and freight carriers
- Performing receiving capability at a high level
- Designing jigs, fixtures, and simple parts in Catia
- Maintaining AED and consumables
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in engineering, experience in leading teams, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
