Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Springfield location. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85K-$105k annually, plus a $15,000 welcome bonus. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote healing and prevent future injuries
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
