Retail Artist - Full Time - Bloomingdale's Short Hills

As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist, you are at the heart of our stores and counters, bringing magic to life. Based on the shop floor at Bloomingdale's Short Hills, your role is to empower customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves by combining expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and genuine passion.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Building and maintaining a book of clients to encourage replenishment and book appointments
• Embracing teamwork with a collaborative spirit, supporting managers and colleagues while adapting quickly to change
• Championing world-class artistry and delivering an impeccable customer experience as a dedicated Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador
• Maintaining company grooming standards and presenting a polished, professional appearance at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG is preferred
• Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and a desire to contribute to its disruptive growth in beauty
• Experience in makeup application with the ability to tailor your style to various customer needs
• Positive, energetic, and limitless thinking that shines through in your work
