This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders across all areas of the business, supporting critical people-related workflows and outcomes. As an Embedded People Engineer, you'll be uniquely positioned at the intersection of engineering and people operations, working directly within our People Team to transform high-touch, manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions.
In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to directly influence and scale internal people operations for our customers (Palantirians), who are working alongside the world's most critical institutions. By building on Palantir's powerful platforms, leveraging integrated cutting-edge AI, you'll help Palantir unlock the full potential to make smarter, faster decisions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and build custom applications, integrations, and workflows that eliminate manual processes
- Wrangle data and use AI to accelerate and enhance critical operations
- Shape team strategy and drive projects from ideation to deployment, increasing your pain threshold to deliver real value
- Develop embedded relationships, building alongside user-groups and key stakeholders

What We Require:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
- Hands-on experience leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance operations
- Interest and curiosity in bringing technical solutions to the people space
Additional Information: The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $100,000 - $145,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
