Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant

Aramco is seeking an experienced Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant to join the Strategic Workforce Planning Division (SWPD) within the Organization Consulting Department. The role holder will use data analytics, forecasting, and optimization tools to assess current and future workforce requirements, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans to ensure the right talent is in place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide workforce planning initiatives that align with the company's long-term business strategy and operational needs.
• Use data, analytics, and forecasting tools to assess current and future workforce requirements, identify gaps, and develop actionable plans.
• Collaborate with business and HR leaders to deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and influence executive leadership levels.
• Apply workforce analytics to solve real business problems and drive business impact.
• Design and implement workforce planning methodologies, tools, and systems to ensure workforce readiness and agility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Statistics. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning, organizational development, or as an internal or external management consultant.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and leading consulting projects with business impact.
• Proven ability to apply workforce analytics to solve real business problems and influence decision-making at executive leadership levels.
• Familiarity with workforce planning methodologies, tools, and systems used in large organizations.
• Additional certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Business Analytics are advantageous.
